  1. Recruiter’s Choice permanent selection fees are for sourcing and suppling candidates for your business and are calculated as a percentage of the annual salary package, inclusive of superannuation, agreed to be paid to the candidate.
  2. Recruiters Choice will invoice you immediately following the customers acceptance of a candidate and an offer being made to and accepted by the successful candidate.
  3. No fee is payable unless a suitable candidate is introduced and employed.
  4. Print display advertising agreed to by the customer will be submitted for customer authorisation before insertion in the approved publication.
  5. Introductions are confidential. Placement of any candidate presented by Recruiters Choice either verbally or by resume within 12 months of the date of introduction, within the customer company or subsidiary, affiliated or related company is subject to the full fee shown in our schedule.
  6. All information supplied by Recruiters Choice whether written or verbal is confidential and should not be disclosed to any other party without the express written consent of The Recruiters Choice.
  7. Testing and reference checking are carried out as far as it is practical to do so. Recruiters Choice makes every effort to ensure the suitability of candidates presented. Recruiters Choice cannot however accept any responsibility for any claim, error, loss, expense, damage or delay however occasioned by submitted or successful candidates.
  8. A fee of 20% of salary is payable if you employ a staff member of Recruiters Choice.
  9. Recruiters Choice does not provide a refund, however does guarantee the employment of the successful candidate from the date of commencement for a period of 12 weeks.

    This guarantee only applies to the original job description for which the placement was made.

    • Recruiters Choice guarantee requires that:
    • Payment of the fee in full is made within 14 days of the date of the invoice.
    • Notification has been given to Recruiters Choice of the customer’s intention to call upon the guarantee prior to the expiry of the guarantee period.
    • The cessation of employment is not due to the restructuring of the job description or redundancy or redeployment caused by the customer.
    • The customer agrees that Recruiters Choice will be provided with the opportunity to submit a mutually acceptable replacement candidate as ways of meeting this guarantee.
    • If Recruiters Choice has already replaced the original candidate and the replacement is terminated or resigned, Recruiters Choice is not obliged to refill the role again.
  10. Full schedule of fees:
    Up to $45,000 14%
    $45,001 - $59,999 16%
    $60,000 - $74,999 17%
    $75,000 - $99,999 18%
    $100,000 and over 20%
    Minimum fee for part time positions - $2000

Strictly full payment within 14 days of date of invoice.

Guarantee periods are not valid if payment in full is not made within 14 days.

Please note - 10% GST will apply on all fees charged.

These Terms and Conditions of Business are deemed to be the basis of our agreement to supply permanent candidates to you and will become effective upon engagement of our services.
