Recruiters Choice has established an alliance with Tina Dolphin & Associates, who provide coaching and training programs designed to maximise the potential of leaders and their staff. All the coaches in the team are professionally trained and are experts within their chosen field offering a range of specialties and services to meet your needs.

Tina Dolphin was trained by one of Australia’s leading coach training organisations and is also a Certificate IV qualified trainer & assessor. Tina’s coaching career has covered individual and corporate coaching with some of Australia’s top organisations. Her corporate experience includes working with individuals on goal setting, team coaching, leadership coaching and assisting managers and team leaders in further developing their coaching techniques to achieve improved performance from their staff.

Her ability to communicate and present these valuable coaching workshops have developed over a career spanning 15 years in advertising, recruitment and pharmaceutical industries in Australia and the UK

Tina is the current president of the International Coach Federation NSW Chapter and every member of the Tina Dolphin & Associates team are members of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and abide by the ICF Code of Ethics & Conduct.
