The following Terms & Conditions apply to Recruiters Choice Incentive Scheme.

1. Only 1 payment of $1000 will be paid per successful placement.
2. The candidate must be successfully placed in a permanent employment position by Recruiters Choice.
3. Recruiters Choice will only accept referrals where permission has been obtained from the candidate being referred.
4. The candidate must remain employed in the permanent employment position until outside of client rebate period (typically 3 months, however this may vary depending on the client).
5. Recruiters Choice will only pay the $1000 incentive if our invoice has been paid in full by the client.
6. $1000 bonus will be paid via EFT to your nominated bank account and may be taxable. Any tax payable will be your responsibility. You should seek advice from a professional tax advisor if you have any questions relating to this.
7. If the referred candidate is previously known and registered on Recruiters Choice database, no incentive will be paid.
8. In the event that false information is supplied by either the referrer or the candidate no incentive will be paid.
9. This offer is valid from the 30th November 2011 until further notice, and may be withdrawn at any time at the sole discretion of Recruiters Choice.
